Free tai chi classes offer break from holiday stress
The holidays are quickly approaching, which means less time to relax and just breathe. Gregory Yuen teaches free tai chi classes from 5 to 6 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays at Kapiolani Park near the archery range and from 8 to 9 a.m. at Kailua Beach Park, across from Buzz’s Steakhouse.
