This summer’s Traveling Plate event took a culinary tour of Maui, Kauai and the Big Island, where local chefs prepared local ingredients on behalf of Easter Seals Hawaii. Now it’s Oahu’s turn.
On Sunday the benefit offers a taste of Senia. Guests will partake of canapes from the restaurant’s a la carte menu and inventive offerings on a tasting menu to be served at the Chefs’ Counter.
Senia is offering seatings at 5:30 and 7 p.m. Tickets are $175 and available at 808ne.ws/seniaplate.
In August the benefit brought forth the culinary magic of such celebrity chefs as Mark Noguchi (Pili Group), Sheldon Simeon (Tin Roof), Isaac Bancaco (Andaz Maui), Lee Anderson (Sugar Beach Events), Jojo Vasquez (The Plantation House), Eric Morrissette (Fleetwood’s on Front Street), Chris Damskey (Ulu Ocean Grill), Mark Pomaski (Moon & Turtle), Joe Fox (Kauai Beer Co.) and many others.
