Joy Graham of Kapahulu found the Aloha Coiffure hair salon in Biarritz, France. The shop’s owner has never been to Hawaii, but told Graham’s traveling companion, Francis Wong of Kahala, he “dreams” of the islands. The tikis displayed in the window help provide the desired atmosphere.
