Kaiser Permanente has announced the following new care providers for its facilities on Oahu, Maui and Hawaii island: Julianne Griswold, hospital medicine at Moanalua Medical Center; Leslie Hurt, obstetrics and gynecology at Waipio Medical Office; Jay Parikh, cardiology at Wailuku Medical Office; and James Pitts, ophthalmology at Honolulu Medical Office. Kona Medical Office has hired Kristen O’Dillon Goerg, obstetrics and gynecology, and Matthew Murray, family medicine. Maui Memorial Medical Center has hired Elizabeth Higgs and David Kato, both practicing in hospital medicine.

MMI Realty Services Inc. has promoted Judy Dempsey to chief financial officer from controller. She has six years service with the firm, and financial and accounting positions with Oahu Country Club, Sheraton Waikiki, General Electric, as well as the audit and tax departments of Ernst & Young.
