The University of Hawaii sailing team grabbed the top three spots at its Peter Wenner Rainbow Invite that ended Sunday at Keehi Lagoon.
The Rainbow Green team, with Chuck Eaton and Michael Magnussen sailing in the A Division and Michael Pacholski and Cole Brauer in the B division, won the regatta with 34 points. Rainbow Green won eight races and placed in the top three in 12 of 15 races.
Rainbow White, featuring Louise Currie, Megan Zamzow, Caitlin Schadt, Gianna Bailey, and Annika Garrett, placed second with 61 points. Rainbow Black was third with 63 points and USC was fourth with 72.
