Pomona-Pitzer sophomore Maddie Kauahi was named the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week on Monday for the second time this season.
The 2015 Kamehameha alumna had a hand in three event wins against No. 16 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps on Saturday.
Kauahi won the 50-yard freestyle in 23.97 seconds and the 100 freestyle in 52.68 seconds. She also swam the freestyle leg of the 200-yard medley relay event that the Sagehens won in 1:45.47.
Up next are the SCIAC Championships at Brenda Villa Aquatic Center in Commerce, Calif., beginning Feb. 15.

>> Casey Poe, Kamehameha-Hawaii ’14: The Whitman (Wash.) junior guard had 13 points on 4-for-6 shooting with an assist and a rebound in 20 minutes of a 97-48 win over Linfield (Ore.) last Thursday.
>> Maegen Martin, Maryknoll ’15: The Whitman (Wash.) sophomore forward had 13 points on 6-for-11 shooting off the bench with six rebounds, three steals and two assists against the Wildcats.
>> Kiki Robertson, Mid-Pacific ’13: The Alaska Anchorage senior guard totaled 13 points, seven assists, six rebounds, four steals and a block in a 91-60 win over Concordia (Ore.) last Thursday.

>> Kyle Suppa, Punahou ’16: The Southern California freshman participated as an individual entry in the Amer Ari Invitational that ended Saturday at Waikoloa and finished in a tie for 19th place at 7-under 209. Suppa closed with a 76 after starting the tournament with a 64 and a 69. He was tied for the tournament lead after the first round.

>> Roblynn Kami, Pearl City ’14: The Texas A&M International junior went 6-for-14 with a double, two walks, four RBIs and two runs scored in six games to start the season over the weekend.

>> Rachel Miyoga, Aiea ’14: The La Verne junior kicked off a dual meet against Caltech on Saturday swimming in the 200 medley relay event that the Leopards won and also won the 200 backstroke in a time of 2:31.79 to help La Verne beat Caltech 157-56.
>> Krislyn Cha, Mililani ’13: The La Verne senior won the 100 individual medley in 1:05.89 in the victory over Caltech.
>> Beth Tsuha, Hilo ’13: The Grinnell (Iowa) College senior won the 50 freestyle (25.72), the 100 backstroke (1:06.74) and the 100 individual medley (1:03.91) at its own mini-invite on Saturday.
>> Cara Jernigan, Kealakehe ’14: The Idaho junior swam the second leg for the winning 200 medley relay team and placed first in the 200 breaststroke (2:17.48), second in the 100 breaststroke (1:03.98) and fourth in the 200 individual medley (2:10.83) in a dual-meet win over Grand Canyon on senior day on Saturday.
