City installs 1-day bus pass

    Mayor Kirk Caldwell showed Bill 69 after signing it Friday at a news conference at the Waipahu Transit Center. The bill establishes a bus pass, good for an unlimited number of rides during a 27-hour period. It will be offered starting in October.
