A woman and three boys were taken to the hospital in serious but stable condition after their minivan was hit by a pickup truck in Nanakuli on Friday.

A 38-year-old woman and three boys were injured Friday morning at Farrington Highway and Nanakuli Avenue when their minivan was hit from behind by a pickup truck.
The crash occurred at 7:05 a.m., according to the city’s Emergency Services Department.
The woman, an 8-year-old boy and a 6-year-old boy were taken in serious but stable condition to a hospital. A 10-year-old boy was in stable condition.
Police seek suspects in Pahoa-area robbery
Hawaii County police are asking for the public’s help in a cold-case robbery.
On Dec. 27 a tow truck driver reported he was assaulted and robbed of cash by two men in a gray SUV, possibly a Chevrolet. The incident occurred in the area of Kaohuwalu Drive and Highway 130 near Pahoa, according to a CrimeStoppers release.
Both suspects are thought to be in their 30s.
One was described as 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, about 120 to 130 pounds with brown eyes, fair skin, acne on his face and medium-length bushy black hair.
The other is described as 6 feet 3 inches tall, about 400 pounds with short shaved hair, a Polynesian tattoo on the right side of his face, a teardrop tattoo next to his left eye and a dragon tattoo on the upper left corner of his forehead.
