New gate at Portlock brings years-old issue to forefront

    A locked gate has been put up at the access path leading to the beach at Portlock and the surf spot known as Seconds. The gate is next to 379 Portlock Road. A small poster with photos of litter in the lane is on the gate along with a “No trespassing” sign.
