Three men broke into a Punchbowl area home early Wednesday morning, robbed and kidnapped the occupants, and sexually assaulted a woman, police said.
Police said the suspects tied up a 47-year-old man and two women, ages 47 and 20, then took cash and personal belongings. Before fleeing, one of the men allegedly sexually assaulted one of the women. The assault is classified as fourth-degree sexual assault, which is unwanted touching, police said. They classified the other crimes as first-degree robbery and kidnapping. The break-in occurred between 12:35 a.m. and 12:57 a.m. Wednesday, police said.
Police were still looking for the suspects Wednesday night. Two are believed to be in their 30s and one is in his 40s, police said.
