Over 1800 Scouts and “scouters” (the family, friends and supporters of scouts) gathered at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl for the Boy Scout’s Memorial Day Good Turn event, a tradition that dates back to 1945, where participants decorate every grave marker with a miniature American flag and lei.
