Ige vetoes restrictions on aquarium fishing


    Gov. David Ige on Tuesday vetoed SB 1240, which would have required the state Department of Land and Natural Resources to stop issuing new permits for aquarium fishing by people who use fine mesh nets. Above, a school of yellow tangs off Hawaii island.
