An 83-year-old Kaneohe woman died Sunday after the vehicle she was operating crashed into a rock wall.
The incident occurred around 11:45 a.m. on Liula Street.
Police said the woman was driving home when she veered off the road and into the wall.
Paramedics transported her in critical condition to Castle Medical Center, where she later died.
Speed, alcohol and drugs do not appear to be factors in the crash, according to police.
This was the 26th traffic fatality on Oahu this year, compared with 28 at the same time last year.
