Kaiser Permanente Hawaii has promoted Andrew Giles to assistant administrator for hospital support services and operations. His responsibilities are in multiple departments, including communications, parking, environmental services, gift shop operations, food and nutrition services, and the lift team. Giles previously was director of environmental services as well as an administrator on call for Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center and an operational project leader for the Maui Health System transition.
