Moanalua won a fast-tempo passing-fest on Friday to pick up its first victory of the season.
Nick Au completed 28 of 44 passes for 316 yards and Na Menehune forced seven turnovers in a victory over host Na Alii.
Na Menehune’s defense had six interceptions and recovered one fumble. Tre’quan Henderson had four interceptions, including one on the final play of the game.
Moanalua’s Griffin Motas made a 23-yard field goal with 1:07 remaining for the final margin. On the drive, Na Menehune executed a 29-yard pass play from Au to Michael Kim to the Na Alii 5 on fourth-and-8 with 1:30 remaining.
Aiea’s Ty Matsunami completed 22 of 44 passes for 364 yards and three touchdowns.
