Tickets for the Hawaiian Airlines Diamond Head Classic basketball tournament go on sale at 9 a.m. Monday. The eight-team basketball tournament will be played on Dec. 22, 23 and 25 at the Stan Sheriff Center.
The field this year is USC, Miami, Akron, Middle Tennessee, New Mexico State, Davidson, Princeton and Hawaii. All-session tickets (12 games) for the arena lower bowl are $110, while upper all-session tickets are $70.
Individual session tickets (for two games) are $30 for the lower bowl on the first two days of the tournament, while the upper level is $18 for adults and $10 for children and senior citizens. Those same prices admit fans to all games (morning and evening) on Christmas Day.
It’s $10 general admission for the early session on the first two days. Host UH will not play in that time slot those days.
Kraus’ goal lifts Chaminade men
Nick Kraus scored in the 69th minute as the Chaminade men’s soccer team defeated Biola 1-0 on Saturday in La Mirada, Calif.
Goalie Bernd Buescherhoff had three saves for the Silverswords (3-6-1, 2-5-1 PacWest), who finished out an 11-day, four-match road trip.
The Eagles dropped to 5-6-1, 4-3.

Aleksandar Pumpalovic scored a hat trick, including the game-winner at 98:15, for the Cougars (3-8-1, 3-4-1 PacWest). He tied the match at 2-2 with a goal at 61:29.
The Sharks dropped to 4-6-2, 2-5-1.

The Vulcans fell to 0-10, 0-7 PacWest, while the Sea Lions improved to 8-2-2, 5-0-2.

Jenna Hufford had five saves, but Hawaii Hilo lost to Point Loma 1-0 in San Diego on Saturday.
Kaiti Freeberg scored at 35:44 for the Sea Lions (5-5-1, 4-3-0 PacWest).
The Vulcans, who had won three straight, dropped to 6-4-1, 3-3-1.
