On a recent trip to Madrid, Kathie Wells and her husband, Wayne, pictured, found not one, but two Hawaiian Poke restaurants only a block apart. “We ate at both … they were great,” she said in an email. Hale Poke had the story of Duke Kahanamoku on one side of the entry and the story of Queen Lili‘uokalani on the other.
