Actor Ha Jung-woo is appearing in two films that are competing against each other for viewers: “Along With the Gods” and “1987: When the Day Comes.”
Ha, 39, is an actor, director, screenwriter and producer. He directed “Chronicle of a Blood Merchant” and “Fasten Your Seatbelt.” His role in “The Chaser” elevated him to stardom, and many box-office hits followed, including “Yellow Sea,” “Nameless Gangster,” “The Berlin File,” “Assassination,” “Handmaiden,” “Kundo” and “Love Fiction.”
Ha is a frequent visitor to the islands, where he likes to relax and paint, one of his favorite things to do when not filming. His artwork has been exhibited and some sold for around $13,000.
Among his film accolades is the Renaissance Award from the 2015 Hawaii International Film Festival.

>> Monday, 7:45 p.m.: Jong-sam gets close to finding Lee Kwang-ho’s slush fund and uncovers vital evidence that could help him. Jin-young makes the connection while interrogating Song Gil-chun. Scab discovers Jong-sam is alive and rescues him when he’s cornered.

>> Tuesday, 7:45 p.m.: Jin-young ends up in the middle of a squabble between Jong-sam and the prosecutors. She and Jong-sam make a run for it. Jong-sam heads to Incheon with the money to rescue Scab. Jong-sam and Scab are in the midst of trouble that could send them away for good.

>> Wednesday, 7:45 p.m.: Jung-joo tells Ui-hyun she’s reassured to have him by her side, making him smile. Myung-hee tells Jung-joo she wants to be responsible for her own mistake. Jung-joo can’t help but feel closer to Ui-hyun. Han-joon clenches his fist in fury at seeing his father wield his power.

>> Thursday, 7:45 p.m.: Everything points to Jin-myung as culprit. Do-hyun tells Jung-joo and Ui-hyun that the two cases are the same culprit. Myung-hee reminds her husband of the weight of keeping a secret. Jung-joo pledges to find the truth proving her brother’s innocence, gathering evidence.
“Bravo My Life”

>> Friday, 7:45 p.m.: Do-hyun gets hurt and falls unconscious after rescuing Do-na from the blackmailer. Bum-woo gets ready for a long trip. In a drunken state, Do-na tells Bum-woo how she feels about him. RaRa gets an offer for a role in Do-na’s new project.
Episodes 35-36
>> Saturday, 7:45 p.m.: Dong-woo’s in agony over his feelings for RaRa. Hwa-im confronts RaRa, asking if she has no feelings for Dong-woo. Do-na finds out about Bum-woo’s illness, and holds on to him. RaRa decides to move into her ex-husband’s house, to avoid Dong-woo’s attention.
