    Of all the items at ColdFyyre, it is the ice cream cakes that make owner Gerry Nakashima most proud. Unlike those tall cakes from chain shops that layer ice cream between frozen slabs of cake, these have a customizable ice cream interior built on a cookie crust and encased in mousse, with decorative edibles such as shaved mousse and fresh fruit. Designs change monthly.

    8 Half Desserts’ scoops include flavors like lychee sorbet with furikake, Unicorn Dream, Muncha Cruncha and Mint Chocolate Chip.
