Tickets are on sale for the Kapalua Wine & Food Festival, June 8 to 10.
Star chefs Hubert Keller, Nancy Silverton and Nancy Oakes headline the cooking talent, while master sommelier Michael Jordan supervises the event’s main concern, fine wines.
Most events are at the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua. Tickets to the seminars run $100 to $150 each. Dining events are $210 each, with an early bird price of $195 available until May 1. A festival pass is $1,100. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Maui Community College culinary arts program.

>> Champagne & Caviar: Christopher Knapp of Petrossian Caviars with master sommelier Rob Bigelow.
>> World Famous: Top pinot noir producers share their premium vintages. Wineries include Patz & Hall, Williams Selyem Winery and Hartford Court Winery.
COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS
>> The Two Nancys: Silverton of Pizzeria and Osteria Mozza Los Angeles and Oakes of Boulevard San Francisco, pair dishes to wines by two Jeffs — Stewart of Hartford Court and Mangahas of Williams Selyem.
>> Hubert Keller: The chef will pair his Frenchinspired healthy cuisine with wines of Morlet Wines and Patz & Hall.
