UH deploys self-driving undersea vehicles

An autonomous underwater vehicle, with the capability of traveling 600 miles, cruises beneath the surface during field tests in Hawaii waters. One of the advantages of the underwater vehicles, which resemble sharks, is that they would be able to collect environmental samples unmonitored.
