The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for the entire state covering today and Sunday.
An upper level disturbance will approach the state from the northwest today, bringing a band of deep, layered moisture over the islands. High moisture levels, in combination with unstable atmosphere provided by the trough, may lead to persistent moderate to heavy rains over the weekend. A flash flood watch means conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding.
