The Hawaii Pacific softball team took both games of a Tuesday afternoon doubleheader against Chaminade at Central Oahu Regional Park.
Jordan Curry tossed a gem in Game 1, a 4-1 win for the Sharks (19-14, 12-10 PacWest). The sophomore allowed just four hits with one walk and four strikeouts in a complete game.
HPU’s offense exploded in an 18-0 win in the second game. Noelani Boyer went 2-for-4 with a home run, two runs and four RBIs. The Silverswords (10-28, 6-20) only had four hits as a team for the second straight game, and no player had more than one hit during the twinbill.
