Veteran actress Ji-woo Choi married a mystery man March 29 at a Seoul hotel with just family members present.
Choi, 42, has had great success in television and film with such hits as “Beautiful Days,” “Stairway to Heaven,” “Full House,” “Temptation,” “The Romantic President,” “Everybody Has Secrets,” “Actresses” and “Like for Likes.”
Most notable was her main role in the K-drama “Winter Sonata,” one of the most successful K-drama series in Asia. Due to the popularity of the show, Choi’s Japanese fans gave her the name “Ji-woo Hime,” or Princess Ji-woo.
The internet and fans of Choi are wondering who her husband is, as the wedding photos that have been revealed show only his back. He reportedly is an information-technology office worker in his 30s.
