Lee Anne Wong of Koko Head Cafe has been named executive chef of the Hawaiian Airlines inflight meal program. Wong will oversee a new crew of chefs, three from Honolulu and one from Korea:
>> Mark Noguchi, co-founder and chef of Pili Group, handling first-class meals June 1 to Nov. 30 on flights from North America to Hawaii
>> Eric Oto, chef de cuisine at Hoku’s, taking over from Noguchi from Dec. 1 to May 31, 2019
>> Wade Ueoka, co-owner and chef at MW Restaurant, crafting meals for all cabins on flights to Hawaii from Osaka, Tokyo and Sapporo
>> Chang-Wook Chung, owner and chef of Kumsan Restaurant in Seoul, feeding passengers in all cabins on flights from Seoul to Hawaii.
