Prosecutors charged a 21-year-old man Wednesday for videotaping a woman inside a restroom in Aiea on Sunday.
Kiakahi Bowens Domingo was charged with first-degree violation of privacy.
Police said the man videotaped the woman Sunday between 6 and 6:32 p.m. while she used the bathroom.
Bowens Domingo was charged and his bail was set at $75,000.
Man shot trying to stop argument, police say
Police have initiated an attempted-murder investigation in Haleiwa after a 40-year-old man sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
Police said an unknown male suspect and another male were involved in an argument shortly after 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. The victim intervened and the suspect shot him multiple times before he fled.
Police responded and temporarily shut down Kamehameha Highway between Haleiwa Beach Park and Haleiwa Beach House to investigate.
There are no arrests at this time.
The suspect is described as in his 20s, 6 feet 2 inches and about 150 pounds.
