The Honolulu Medical Examiner’s Office identified Tuesday a 66-year-old woman who was pulled from the water at Hanauma Bay and later died as Jin Young of South Korea.

Jin was using a traditional snorkel and mask while at Hanauma Bay, an Emergency Services Department spokeswoman said Sunday. She was found unconscious in shallow water.

Diver who died identified

A 35-year-old scuba diver who died after he was found unresponsive in the water at Kewalo Basin has been ID’d.

The Honolulu Medical Examiner’s Office has identified him as Brian J. Bugge of Honolulu. The exact cause of death is pending.
