Customers along Kahiliholo Road in Kilauea will have their water service shut down for eight hours Tuesday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., weather permitting, according to a notice from the Department of Water. The shutdown is necessary to install an emergency bypass line and conduct waterline improvements for the Kilauea water system.
