City will remove old vehicles, rubbish and overgrowth from Pensacola Street home

The Department of Planning and Permitting has selected a local company to remove and dispose debris and other material from a home at 1421 Pensacola St. in Makiki. Oahu Junk Removal was selected to clean up the property, with the final bid of $13,120. The contractor anticipates beginning debris removal next week and finishing the work within a week. The house as seen on Wednesday in Makiki.
