Sidewalk bill would also apply to mobile kiosk vendors

    A proposed bill preventing the obstruction of sidewalks would not only affect the homeless population, but possibly those who do business along the sidewalks. A mobile kiosk by Aloha Trikke offered discounts on beach luau, island tours, snorkeling and Pearl Harbor on a sidewalk at the corner of Kalakaua and Kaiulani Avenues Monday.
