The second phase of the project, which includes additional ramps and an overpass from the Wakea Street extension to westbound lanes of the H-1, is projected to be completed in 2019 and two more phases are planned to expand the Palailai Interchange and connect to a new state highway serving Kaleloa Harbor, according to the Kapolei Properties Division, which is part of the James Campbell Company LLC.
