The Kauai Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a fugitive wanted on three $50,000 bench warrants for revocation or modification of probation.
Richard Leibman is described as a 40-year-old Caucasian man with green eyes and brown hair. He is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs about 150 pounds and is believed to frequent Princeville and Kauai’s north shore areas, police said.

21-year-old Hilo man charged with attempted murder
A Hilo man was charged Tuesday in connection with a stabbing at a Leilani Street home in Hilo on Sunday.
Police charged Cohlby R. Espaniola, 21, with second- degree attempted murder, first-degree robbery, second- and third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug and prohibited acts related to drug paraphernalia.
He is being held in lieu of $360,000 bail pending his initial appearance in South Hilo District Court today.
Police responding to the Leilani Street home Sunday evening found a 39-year-old man with multiple stab wounds to his face, chest and arms. He was taken to Hilo Medical Center, where he remains in stable condition.
