Pacific sub force command changes hands

    “If called to fight, we will have one chance to get it right, and the submarine force will be relied on to lead the way,” Rear Adm. Daryl Caudle said Thursday during a ceremony in which he turned over command of Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, to Rear Adm. Blake Converse.
