Kewalo Basin operator wins discrimination case against state

    Emeraude II, an 85-foot sailboat, is moored at Kewalo Basin. The owner of the boat said she was unfairly being evicted by the private operator employed by Howard Hughes Corp., but an arbitrator disagreed and recommended the eviction be allowed to proceed.
