Hawaii has highest gap between wages, rent required for a 2-bedroom

    Hawaii is ranked No. 1 in the nation in hourly wage required by a full-time worker (40 hours a week, 52 weeks a year) to afford the fair-market rent for a two-bedroom rental home, without paying more than 30% of their income.
