Former Punahou athlete Trevor Crabb and partner Reid Pridd won both their matches and moved into the quarterfinals of the AVP Manhattan Beach Volleyball Open in California on Friday.

In their first match, the pair took down Tyler Lesenski and Dave Palm 21-9, 21-8. In the second match, Crabb and Priddy defeated Peter Connole and Steven Roschitz 21-17, 21-16.

The fourth-ranked duo will face fifth-ranked Chaim Schalk and Jeremy Casebeer today.
