Oknyo becomes suspicious of Taewon’s mother, Lady’s Kim’s maid. Taewon finds out that his mother’s illness was caused by poison that’s was added to her food. Nan Jeong tries to win Queen Mother Moon Jung’s heart in hopes to have Won Hyeong released from prison.

Jung Sun sides with the new president of Sung Un Department Store, making Vice President Ha furious. Sung Jun warns Jung Sun that she might get hurt in the process. Vice President Ha’s wife gives Jung Sun a piece of information that might become the key to bringing them down.

After a night of heavy drinking, Sung Jun returns home in a blackout. Yu Ri, who is aware of that night, yells at Jung Sun and asks why she will not divorce Sung Jun. Jung Sun ignores Yu Ri and tells her that their relationship is not her concern at all.
