Cheondung tells Taewon about Oknyo’s return. Oknyo tells Jiham about her promise to avenge the death of Taesu. Jiheon resigns from his post in Haeju.

Ho-jun senses the relationship between Woo-jin and Eun-jae and tries to use that to his advantage. Min-guk announces new directives for Doldam Hospital, putting everyone into confused state. On a bus, Master Kim makes his way back to Seoul, but the bus gets into an accident.

Master Kim and Min-guk face off in a conflict over treatment at the accident site. Woo-jin goes into emergency surgery to save a pregnant woman. Meanwhile, Eun-jae is busy trying to save a patient who was pierced with an umbrella.

Jinu lives an ordinary life after giving up his dream of being an author. One day, he receives news that a classmate from his university days has died. He goes to the city of Andong to attend Dogeun’s funeral. Jinu meets Mijin, who works at a noodle shop. While withholding that he is married, Jinu visits Mijin often and spends his days in Andong with her.

Kang Chan is the new student at Myungsung High School. It is rumored that he is known for his fighting prowess at his old school. The tough students at his new school hear this and want a piece of Chan. Soon after, another new student, Seo Jae-wu, transfers from the same high school as Chan. Their lives become difficult after they meet again.

Dan-ji takes Sung-hyun and Haet-sal to Seo-jin’s awaiting car. Seo-jin is bewildered to see Dan-ji approaching her. Min-kyu is faced with an unexpected situation upon hearing Dan-ji and Ye-won’s conversation.

Dan-ji gets into a physical fight with someone and Jung-wook comes to her rescue. Dan-ji’s family runs into Seo-jin and Jung-wook at a concert.
