Spectrum making University of Hawaii football available to commercial outlets

Ferd Lewis

Spectrum has begun making its pay-per-view showings of University of Hawaii football available to commercial establishments, a spokeswoman said.

For the season opener last month the broadcasts had only been available to residential customers in accordance with state and county guidelines that discouraged large gatherings, Spectrum said.

The remaining Rainbow Warriors games are being offered to commercial outlets at what Spectrum said is a modified rate based upon 50% maximum capacity guidelines.

UH’s game Saturday with San Diego State is one of the four remaining games scheduled to be shown by Spectrum.

UH’s Nov. 21 game with Boise State is scheduled to be shown on CBS Sports Network.
