First Hawaiian Bank will host a blessing and giving ceremony Monday at its new Ewa Beach branch.
The new 3,700-square-foot branch in Ewa Town Center, 91-1401 Fort Weaver Road, Suite D-101, will showcase an open, contemporary design. Specialists will be available by appointment to meet with customers to discuss all aspects of their banking needs such as personal banking, wealth management, business banking, investments and lending.
The bank will feature two 24/7, no-envelope deposit ATMs, private enclosed spaces for customer consultation and a 24/7- access night depository for merchant customers.
The blessing and giving ceremony will be held from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Branch hours will be 8:30-4 p.m. Monday through Friday with expanded hours 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday.
To celebrate its 61-year history in the community, First Hawaiian will present a check for $20,000 to Boys & Girls Club Hawaii and announce the kickoff of its statewide, monthlong Slippah Drive for Child & Family Service with an initial donation of over 600 pairs of new slippers from First Hawaiian employees. The FHB Slippah Community Drive will go from Monday to Aug. 20.
The community is invited to drop off donations of new pairs of slippers for everyone from keiki to kupuna — all sizes, all colors — at First Hawaiian’s 49 branches statewide during the monthlong drive. Slipper donations made on the neighbor islands will remain on that island for its community.
