Finance Factors has hired two new employees for its loan sales team:

>> Brian Ware has been appointed as senior vice president and sales manager for Residential Lending. He has been in the lending industry since 2009, having worked at Chase Bank, Capital One, Sun Trust and most recently at M & T Bank in Baltimore as a branch manager.

>> Eileen Li has been named assistant vice president and commercial loan officer. Li graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in finance and management information systems. She spent the past four years at Central Pacific Bank as a commercial real estate underwriter II, where she underwrote commercial real estate loans.
