>> Mary Hakoda has been named its director of sales and marketing and principal broker. She previously served as vice president of sales and marketing from 2005 to 2010. Hakoda has more than 40 years of residential and real estate experience. Prior to her return, she was director of sales operations and principal broker at The Howard Hughes Corp.

>> Michele Otake has been promoted to manager of planning and development from senior project manager for project administration. She has 29 years of experience and has also held positions at D.R. Horton Hawaii, Queen Trust, Maui Land &Pineapple Co. and the State of Hawaii.
