On the Move: Jason Fukumoto and Roger Khlopin

>> The Ritz-Carlton Waikiki beach has appointed Jason Fukumoto director of engineering. Fukumoto has more than 20 years of combined experience in both operations, engineering and facilities maintenance. Most recently, he served as multisite executive director of engineering for Marriott’s Waiohai Beach Club and held key leadership positions at HPC Foods Ltd. dba Taro Brand, Ameron Hawaii and Superstar Hawaii Transit.

>> Bank of Hawaii has announced that Roger Khlopin, chief investment officer and director of investment management services, has been promoted to executive vice president from senior vice president. He rejoined Bank of Hawaii in 2016, initially serving as vice president and senior portfolio manager. He was promoted to senior vice president and chief investment officer in 2018. Over the span of 18 years with the bank, he has held various positions within the Investment Serv­ices Group, including manager of equity and manager for the Pacific Capital Growth Stock Fund.
