On the Move: Shari Minato, Natalie Werts and Ernest Magaoay

First Hawaiian Bank has announced three promotions:

>> Shari Minato has been promoted to senior vice president and Service Delivery Division manager. She has held several positions and was most recently vice president and disaster recovery manager.

>> Natalie Werts has been promoted to vice president and area manager at First Hawaiian Bank’s Mililani Banking Center. Werts is a graduate of First Hawaiian Bank’s Emerging Leaders. She previously served as FHB’s sales manager of the Training Department and Pearl City Branch manager.

>> Ernest Magaoay has been promoted to vice president and area manager, Waipahu Banking Center. Magaoay has 30 years of financial services experience in commercial, mortgage and SBA lending.
