Homebridge Financial Services in Hawaii has announced that Kauai’s Lisa Ledesma and Oahu’s Team HI Five — Preston Sims and Rylan Maddox, are January’s top
producers:
>> Ledesma is a mortgage loan originator with Homebridge’s Kauai office. She has 35 years of mortgage industry experience. Prior to Homebridge, Ledesma worked at Bank of Hawaii for 13 years and Wells Fargo for almost 10 years.
>> Sims and Maddox are mortgage loan originators with Homebridge’s Kahala office. Sims has more than 10 years of mortgage industry experience. He specializes in VA, FHA and conventional loans. Maddox has nearly 10 years of mortgage industry experience. Prior to Homebridge, he was a manager at Veterans United Home Loans in Honolulu.
Laiopua 2020 (L2020) has named Kawehi Inaba as its executive director. Inaba, who has worked with L2020 for 18 months, is an entrepreneur and business owner. Inaba founded and operated Mokulele Airlines. After selling Mokulele she created Kupaa Business Planners, a firm offering strategic business planning and marketing and served as director of the
Hawaii county Department of Research and Development under the Billy Kenoi administration.
