Semisub owner facing federal charges nabbed after fleeing in vessel

                                U.S. Marshals and the U.S. Coast Guard seized the vessel Semisub One and its co-founder and fugitive Curtiss Jackson, this morning. The vessel was brought back to Kewalo Basin Harbor after Jackson, who is facing federal securities fraud charges, fled with the boat on Wednesday.
