Hawaii State Federal Credit Union has announced the following management promotions:

>> Duke Gipaya to assistant vice president, corporate facilities management. Gipaya joined in 2006 as a call center representative, and his experience at the credit union includes specialist, security specialist, section manager and senior section manager.

>> Genesis Nicklaw to operations division manager. Nicklaw joined in 2004 as a card center representative, and her experience in the electronic service department includes specialist, supervisor and, most recently, department manager.
