Tripler settles malpractice lawsuit with $9.5M payout

                                A $9.5 million settlement with the U.S government was announced Friday by partner Loretta A. Sheehan of Davis Levin Livingston. Julie Bond, 31, died after receiving gastric bypass surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center in 2020.
