A new era of dining has arrived at Ka Lai Waikiki Beach (223 Saratoga Road). The newly renovated resort opened with three new dining concepts, each offering an experience that celebrates Hawaii’s flavors with a contemporary twist.
The Kini Room is the resort’s 86-seat signature restaurant, offering coastal and Pacific Rim influences. Standout dishes include the Kagoshima A5 Wagyu sushi and slow-braised lemongrass lamb shank.
The Muse Lounge offers an intimate gathering space in the redesigned lobby, being the ideal spot for cocktails and conversation. Sip on Ilikea’s Mai Tai featuring ginger liqueur, kaffir lime, and caramelized pineapple purée, or the Ka Lai Old Fashioned. Or, start your morning at Bloom Cafe & Restaurant with its garden-inspired breakfast offerings. Highlights include the guava cream cheese waffles topped with brûléed banana, and mochi pancakes with yuzu custard and berries.
