Kalihi residents demand action to prevent rockfalls

Two homes were nearly destroyed and a third damaged late Thursday when two boulders tumbled down the hillside above Kula Kolea Place in Kalihi. Emergency officials warned Saturday that loose boulders continue to pose a danger. Tree branches halted the advance of one rock above Kula Kolea Place.
